Joaquin is rescheduling their 4-H meeting due to Mother’s Day. The meeting will be held on May 20, 2012 2:00PM in the administration building.

Shelby County 4-H District 5 Shoot (Updated) - May 11, 2012

Top to bottom: Jared Richards, Konner Windham, Kris Risinger, Lance Holloway (hold Ryan Helms awards), Logan Holloway, and Nic Lambert.

The Shelby County 4H Shooters had eight kids participated in the first annual District 5 shoot. They were Drake Janson, Colton Gutermuth, Logan Holloway, Kris Risinger, Ryan Helms, Konner Windham, Nicolus Lambert, and Jared Richards. The District 5 shoot was held at the Pines Gun Club in Lufkin, Texas on May 5th.

In the Novice Division- Kristoffer Risinger placed 2nd in trap and 4th in Tower.

Nic Lambert placed 4th in Trap, 3rd in Skeet, and 2nd in Tower. He also received 2nd high point overall (HOA) in the novice division.

In the junior division-Logan Holloway placed 1st in skeet, trap, sporting clays, 5-stand, and tower. He also received the Junior high point overall.

In the intermediate division- Konner Windham received 3rd in tower, 5th in trap, 2nd in skeet, and 4th in sporting clays. Konner received 3rd overall highpoint in the intermediates and 1st HOA in ladies division. (Update) Ryan Helms placed 4th in skeet, 3rd in Sporting clays, and 5th in 5 stand.

In Senior One Division- Jared Richards received 2nd in Tower, 4th in trap, 4th in sporting clays, 5th in skeet, and 5th in 5-stand.
