All the graduates of the Leadership
Shelby County program were given
a sneak peek of the New John D.
Windham Civic Center on Wednesday,
March 10th. Tour groups were
lead by City of Center Manager Chad
Nehring. The class was also
given a rate schedule for the Civic
Center.
Rate Schedule - January 2010 till October 2010
Executive Board Room is 22 x 33 ft and 725 sq. ft. with a compacity of 12 - 20 persons.
Prices are:
All Day - Weekdays (Mon-Thurs) $175, Weekend (Fri-Sun) $200
1/2 Day - Weekdays (Mon-Thurs) $125, Weekend (Fri-Sun) $150
Hourly - Weekdays (Mon-Thurs) $40, Weekend (Fri-Sun) $50
Lobby (reception only, as available - no setup)
Prices are:
Hourly - Weekdays (Mon-Thurs) $25, Weekend (Fri-Sun) $50
Civic Club Room (1) is 31 x 33 ft and 1,000 sq ft. with a compacity of up to 75 people.

Room 103 A or C is 42 x 56 ft and 2,400 sq ft. with a compacity of up to 225 people.

Convention Hall is 140 x 75 ft and 10,500 sq ft with a compacity of up to 1,100 people.

Entire Facility (except Executive Board Room) which is 22,000 sq ft.

There is a Kitchen/Catering area available. Fee per contract (10%) or $50 minimum.
