Notice is hereby given that a Regular meeting of the Governing Body of the Shelby County Commissioners’ Court will be held on the 8th day of March, 2010 at 9:30 a.m. in the Courtroom of the Shelby County Courthouse at 200 San Augustine Street, Center, Shelby County, Texas to deliberate and consider action on the following items:

1. Approve the minutes of the February 8th, 2010 Regular Meeting of the Shelby County Commissioners’ Court.

2. Approve Officers’ Reports.

3. Approve and pay monthly expenses and amend budget line items accordingly.

4. Larry Horn with Bronco Disaster Relief to inquire about disaster relief contract.

5. Nancy Smith with TXDoT to discuss bridge system information.

6. Discuss and possibly take action to increase the budget for Justice of the Peace 1 secretary salary and Tax Assessor employee salary.

7. Approve resolution appointing the County Judge and Assistant County Auditor as signatories for the 2009 Texas Community Development Program grant.

8. Authorize Precinct 2 to advertise for bids on the sale of an old cattle guard.

9. Authorize Precinct 3 to advertise for bids on the sale of a Bomag twin drum roller packer.

10. Discuss and possibly take action requiring Commissioners’ Court approval on all interoffice pay raises.

11. Adjourn.
