Last night our Lady Bears hosted the Garrison Lady Bulldogs in a District 22A contest. Our Lady Bears winning the contest by a score of 41-33. This was a hard fought game for all four quarters. The first quarter was controlled by us and we were on top by a score of 8-3 at its end. The Lady Bulldogs hit several from the outside during the second quarter to tighten the game to a 19-16 score still in our favor. It stayed close the entire second half with us leading at end of 3rd quarter 32-24 and then the final score. Jakelia Caraway and Tammi Harris led us in scoring, both with 14, followed by Rachel Reeves with 10 and Harley Martin with 3. Both Tammi and LaToya had great defensive games.
